Pastor, I'm the Realtor that has been working with Susan, Jeff called yesterday and asked that I find a dumpster for the clean-up day on September 1st. a dumpster that size will cost $300.00 my broker is not will to put out that much money, along with advertising and listing signs since we only have 2 months to sell this distressed property. I noticed that the church was willing to contribute $100.00. If the church can't go the full $300.00 than maybe I should call the trash collector and find out how much to just make an extra trip to pick up what we put on the curb. Or a junk collector might be less than $300.00 as well. Please advise.
