Pastor --> Bus. Mgr --> Director was ever our desired channel.
Pastor doesn't belong in the middle of this at all.  And the strange lines
to "Accreditation", and three business type boxes all leading to Director -
?
This looks like a draft to me, nothing more. My failure to make sure we have
had an approved, accepted, voted on, Org. Chart from the beginning has
contributed to the situation we have now. I think we have identified this
and are clearing it all up - the final, new and approved Org.Chart 2007 will
document
it.  It's an agenda item for tomorrow.


We just got back from my parents in WI late last night and am a little
behind in getting the Minutes and Agenda for tomorrow - Judy is planning
Pizza for dinner
if that's OK.  I'll issue what I have as early as possible tomorrow morning.

Thanks again for the DATABUS tool - another excellent improvement in the
process of clearer, more timely communication.
Do we do 'gold stars' for you and Pastor for this? (Maybe just a 'smiley
face' sticker or something - :-)!

You did ask me ah to whether I am still in the church. I wish to tell you yes! I am still in the church if you would wish to find out. Presently, we have gone through a 6-week baptism class that I am a part of. How possible will I not be in the church? I continue to tell you that this man is very jealous of me. He does not want you people to help me with my children while I consider being the works of the devil.

My question then is, is the devil able God? It is the Lord who spoke to you to help me with the children, but this is the situation.

Pastor, can you imagine the story of Joseph and his brothers, Saul and David, and many stories concerning jealousy.

Regarding the above, I would that if you wish to send us anything, you may please call on this number: 231 772 339 13  because any time you send us anything, Pastor will not give it on time or may not even give it to us. He thinks it is not good for us.   As evidence, this photo was taken on Thanksgiving Day in the churchyard. Therefore, as the Lord spoke to you, Please continue. He will surely pay you.

We have move from Sinkor to Paynesville in a mat house, but it was not easy. Pastor, I don't want you to transact anything with him about us; please, please.

Les cuento que Iara estuvo mal desde el primer virus con el que la internamos,,,

despues tuvo otro virus digestivo y diarrea, y ahora otro virus que la dejo muy flaca y sin ganas de comer, no pararse,,,, y saltar,,,

 

estuvo varios dias sin tomar la leche, lo que hizo que este quietita, senteda, acostada en el piso, palida y super cansada.

 

Dr Oradee, le resto importancia por que es una bebe grande,,,,,,, asi que le parecio bien que bajara varios percentilos. Yo no estoy deacuerdo en absoluto, ya que esta enferma, no es que no crece o adelgaza por que esta en su genetica o en su naturaleza.

 

Dr Araya, la vio muy cansada y flaca, me dio O Lac que tiene muuchoo olor a aceite rancio,,, es leche de soja sin lactosa    asi que tampoco comia,,

 

Finalmente, me acorde lo bien que habia hablado Ma Antonieta del Samitivej de Srinakarin (children hospital), y del doctor Nopalit, Tonny simepre me dijo que sentia que era como un medico en Argentina, que te sacaba todas las dudas. Y es asi, que bueno!

 

Alla fuimos.

 

 La verdad es que armo todo una estrategia nutricional para recuperarla:

 

suspendio las formulas comerciales.

Iara esta tomando un hidrolizado de proteinas, que se suele dar en los hospitales por medio de un cateter (que pasa por la boca o nariz hasta la pancita. Gracias a DIOS!!! Iara lo toma en mamadera (biberon)

 

Nos hizo un re-schedule de horarios y comidas:

 

DEBE comer cada 2 horas:

hidrolizado, caldo limpio de papa, arroz, y zapallo, agua, yogurt de bebe, arroz si quiere...

 

 Los caldos los debe tomar en sippy cups distintos a los del agua, para que no lo asocie y rechazo mas liquidos.

Le debo agragar un poquito de sal y azucar, porque tiene que tener minerales de alguna manera.

No jugos, no cereales integrales, no vegetales fibrosos, ya que el tema de tragar, es como empezar de cero!!

 

Y asi tambien me dio otros tips de como recuperla, SIN REMEDIOS, SIN INTERNARLA.

 

 empezamos ayer,,, y a la noche se desperto cada 2 horas a tomar el hidrolizado,,,,,,,,,, evidentemente, la leche con sus proteinas y lactosa, le daba algun dolor de panza o malestar

 

Asi que mil gracias Tonny!!! El medico me parecio excelente.

Les conte esto, porque siempre es bueno tener una segunda opinion, o dar un consejo a alguien que lo necesita.

Hello colleagues,

 

You may have heard that we are forming our own regional Ministers Council.  We will continue to work in partnership with the Upstate NY Ministers Council but in order to preserve our representation at the national Senate we have made this move to create an ABCRGR Ministers Council.

 

What is required of us for this to take place are approval of the attached Bylaws and an election of officers.

 

We have planned a meeting on January 18, 2007 at 12 noon EST in Remington Lounge – Room 112 at the seminary.

 

You can participate in two ways – coming in person and enjoying the beverages, coffee, cookies and fellowship (Bring your own lunch). Or by conference call for those unable to get away for lunch or who are parts of our wider fellowship in other states or communities.

 

Please let us know if you are going to participate.  Especially let us know if you want to call in so we can provide the dialing instructions.

We had a good trip to UPMC even though it snowed while we were there.   We stayed 2 nights, Robert(or son) & his wife (Sarah) drove us to and from Pittsburgh.  The doctor said by the testing he did of the (short term memory) it seemed like the early stages of Alzheimers.   And he couldn't tell by the scan if it was TIA's or small seizure's.  He would get someone to read it & call us in 1 week.   He didn't mention surgery.  Keep Phil in your prayers.

Phil is really enjoying "Tiny Girl"  -a min-pin- that is 3 mos. old tomorrow.  Love, Gaye
