Hello colleagues,

 

You may have heard that we are forming our own regional Ministers Council.  We will continue to work in partnership with the Upstate NY Ministers Council but in order to preserve our representation at the national Senate we have made this move to create an ABCRGR Ministers Council.

 

What is required of us for this to take place are approval of the attached Bylaws and an election of officers.

 

We have planned a meeting on January 18, 2007 at 12 noon EST in Remington Lounge – Room 112 at the seminary.

 

You can participate in two ways – coming in person and enjoying the beverages, coffee, cookies and fellowship (Bring your own lunch). Or by conference call for those unable to get away for lunch or who are parts of our wider fellowship in other states or communities.

 

Please let us know if you are going to participate.  Especially let us know if you want to call in so we can provide the dialing instructions.
